Sandpiper Holiday Apartments are centrally located, being only one block from the footbridge with access to the beach. They are also close to the shopping centre yet being one block off the highway, are in a quiet location.

The two storey brick apartments are fully self-contained, ranging from studios for two to a three bedroom apartment for larger families.

All linen is provided, and all studios and apartments contain a fully equipped kitchen with stove/oven and microwave. Each apartment has its own laundry and all have hip bath/showers, colour television, clock radios and VCR's. Movies are available at no charge.

Bedding in main bedroom is queen size, while additional rooms each have two single beds on floor (not bunks). Heating/cooling in the apartments is reverse cycle air conditioning.

The facilities outside include a barbecue area, solar heated pool and indoor heated spa all situated in a private garden setting.

Your hosts, Malcolm and Judy, are on hand to help with tour bookings and will give you an update on where the fish are biting. A full range of brochures for local attractions are in each unit.

Studio Apartment

The studio apartments are similar to a fully self contained motel apartment except it has full cooking facilities and utensils, as well as a bathroom and laundry. Suitable for couples only. These apartments are on the ground floor. All linen supplied. Reverse cycle air conditioning for heating and cooling. Digital television, dvd players with movies from reception at no charge.0

One Bedroom Apartment

The one bedroom apartments are fully self contained with separate bedroom away from the lounge and kitchen area. Your kitchen has full facilities and utensils provided. Your own laundry is also included in these apartments. Digital television, and dvd player with movies at no charge from reception. The apartments have reverse cycle air conditioning. All linen provided.2

Two bedroom Apartment

The two bedroom apartments are fully self contained, with two actual separate bedrooms. Queen size bed in main bedroom with two singles in the second room. Fully equipped kitchen with all utensils. Separate laundry and bathroom. All linen supplied. Digital television, DVD player, with free movies from reception. The apartments also have reverse cycle air conditioners for heating and cooling. Not suitable for four adults or multiple families.3

Cancellation and booking policy

Deposit for accommodation to be paid within five working days together with confirmation of booking. Cancellation Policy; If cancellation occurs prior to seven days of booking, A credit for deposit received will apply, less 10 per cent handling fee.

Local directions

If coming from Melbourne, travel into Lakes Entrance and through the traffic lights at the footbridge. Take the first street on the left (Stock Street) and Sandpiper Holiday Apartments are on the corner of the first street you come to.
