Cancellation and booking policy

Cancellations with over 60 days notice receive 90 per cent of the deposit back.If it is between 21 and 60 days you will receive 50 per cent deposit back. And if under twenty days notice no refund is applicable.Failure to arrive on the reservation date will incur full payment of the reservation tariff and will be charged to your credit card.

Once in Neerim South, turn east at the roundabout in town on Neerim East Road. They are one kilometre from this point. Go past the School and the football oval on to the bottom of the hill. Do not follow the road around to the left. Continue up the hill straight in front of you (McDougal Road) for a distance of 400 metres and you will arrive at our drive on the left. They are about 150 metres further on from where you reach the top of the hill. Look for the yellow sign and Victorian Timber Gates.
