Deposit varies on the season, usually $100, but during mid-peak times $200 and peak $300 deposit. Cancellation of 48 hours cooling off period from booking date; then 30 days prior a full refund of all monies, 30 to 14 days prior you will forfeit the full deposit and 14 days or less you will forfeit all monies paid.
At Genoa turn at the Mallacoota signage.
Travel approximately 18 kilometres along the Mallacoota Road passing the M15, M10 to the M5 with a Mallacoota in five kilometres sign.
Shortly after that you will see a large blue "Blue Waters Holiday Cottages" sign pointing to the left.
Turn left at the Visitor Information bay, proceed approximately three kilometres to the junction of Karbeethong Road and Karbeethong Avenue.
At this point you will see a small 'Blue Waters Holiday Cottages' sign turn right along Karbeethong Avenue.
They are number 15, approximately 600 metres along Karbeethong Avenue, on the right hand side.
