Overview
At Frog Gully Cottages there are two self-contained cottages, specially designed to take in a superb wetland view. There is an abundance of birdlife, spectacular sunrises and sunsets and clear starry nights.
Each cottage has two bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms. One bedroom has a queen size bed, the other has twin king single beds. The kitchen is well-equipped and contains electric hotplates and microwave oven. A barbecue is provided for each cottage, also television, DVD, CD player, washing machine and outdoor clothesline. Cosy heating in winter is provided by a gas log fire as well as air conditioning to keep guests comfortable in summer.
Sale Golf course is right next door. The cottages are eight kilometres from Sale, and 24 kilometres from the Ninety Mile Beach. Other places of interest nearby include Tarra Bulga Park, Holey Plains State Park, Gippsland Lakes and the Ramsar wetlands around Sale.
A breakfast basket is included in the tariff. There are no facilities for children, and pets are not allowed. The cottages are designed for wheelchair access.
A cottage at Frog Gully is the ideal location for a getaway weekend. The cottages also provide a 'home away from home' for business people working in Sale on a short term basis.

Cottage - One bedroom - sleeps 2 A central living area includes a compact but well-equipped kitchen, with living area embracing the spectacular view. There are two bedrooms, one with a queen-size bed and one with twin king single beds, and both bedrooms have an ensuite bathroom, one of which features an easy-access shower, the other has shower over the bath.
You can choose to have the bedroom with queen-size bed attached to a bathroom with either easy access shower, or shower over bath.
Pobblebonk - bedroom with queen size bed has easy access shower. Bedroom with twin king single beds has shower over bath.
Tiddalik - bedroom with queen size bed has bathroom with shower over bath. Bedroom with twin king single beds has easy access shower.
A washing machine and small wash tub are tucked away behind bi-fold doors. An outside clothesline is provided.
There is a deck at the front with barbecue and outdoor eating area.
Access to the cottages is by a ramp, and cars can park on a crushed granite parking area close to the back door.
The cottages have TV, DVD, split system air-conditioning, ceiling fans, and a gas log fire heater. Kitchen is equipped with microwave & ceramic cooktop.

Local directions
From Rosedale. Turn right at T junction, then first turn left to Longford. Cottages are 24 kilometres from Rosedale, on left hand side of road.
From Sale. Take South Gippsland Highway to Longford. Turn right at Rosedale Road, by the blue Frog Gully Sign, travel three kilometres to cottages, gateway and sign on right hand side of road.
