Overview
At Frog Gully Cottages there are two self-contained cottages, specially designed to take in a superb wetland view. There is an abundance of birdlife, spectacular sunrises and sunsets and clear starry nights.
Each cottage has two bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms. One bedroom has a queen size bed, the other has twin king single beds. The kitchen is well-equipped and contains electric hotplates and microwave oven. A barbecue is provided for each cottage, also television, DVD, CD player, washing machine and outdoor clothesline. Cosy heating in winter is provided by a gas log fire as well as air conditioning to keep guests comfortable in summer.
Sale Golf course is right next door. The cottages are eight kilometres from Sale, and 24 kilometres from the Ninety Mile Beach. Other places of interest nearby include Tarra Bulga Park, Holey Plains State Park, Gippsland Lakes and the Ramsar wetlands around Sale.
A breakfast basket is included in the tariff. There are no facilities for children, and pets are not allowed. The cottages are designed for wheelchair access.
A cottage at Frog Gully is the ideal location for a getaway weekend. The cottages also provide a 'home away from home' for business people working in Sale on a short term basis.

Cancellation and booking policy
Our cancellation policy is a refund of the deposit with 14 days' notice or if a replacement booking is obtained. Where credit card details are held, 50% of the tariff may be charged in the event of a no-show.

Local directions
From Rosedale. Turn right at T junction, then first turn left to Longford. Cottages are 24 kilometres from Rosedale, on left hand side of road.
From Sale. Take South Gippsland Highway to Longford. Turn right at Rosedale Road, by the blue Frog Gully Sign, travel three kilometres to cottages, gateway and sign on right hand side of road.

Disabled access
Parking area close to the cottages, with access via a ramp. One bedroom in each cottage has easy access bathroom. All facilities accessible from wheelchair, including access to deck overlooking wetlands.
