Waverley House Cottages offer a private and peaceful retreat, nestled in landscaped native gardens. The six spacious cottages all have covered carports and generous verandas to enjoy the garden setting or relax to watch the beautiful sunsets over Lakes Entrance.All guests have use of a solar heated pool, covered kitchen and barbecue area or the lovely enclosed gazebo which features a generous hot spa, guest lounge and open fireplace. A covered barbecue compliments this area too.The one bedroom cottages 'Salmon Company' and 'Fishpen' recall the historic fishing links in Lakes Entrance and are perfect for a couple wanting a romantic and relaxing break or as a honeymoon destination. The galley kitchen is fully equipped and includes a dishwasher and convection/microwave oven. Both also have full laundries.Relax on leather couches in front of the wood fire or with the comfort of reverse cycle air conditioning, television, DVD player, CD and surround sound. Double doors lead to the king bed, ipod dock and ensuite bathroom with shower and two person spa.Naming of the three two bedroom cottages, 'Carstairs', 'Colquhoun' and 'Cunninghame' again recall their historic links to earlier guest houses in Lakes Entrance, but enjoy contemporary facilities.These cottages can be booked for two couples with one king and one queen bedroom or four people - with a queen and two king singles.They offer kitchen, laundry, television, DVD, CD, reverse cycle air conditioning and ensuite spa bath. All linen is supplied.The newest two bedroom cottage 'Bass', is a two bedroom, two bathroom cottage with all the one bedroom cottage features, a special treat for two couples.The cottages are perfect for a short break, romantic escape or longer stay and ideally situated for touring the Gippsland Lakes and East Gippsland's Coastal and Alpine national parks.

Deposit of first night's accommodation (or 50 per cent if one night) required to confirm booking. Balance to be paid on arrival. Full refund if notified no less than seven days before arrival date. Refund less $30.00 for administration costs, if less than seven days notification. Deposit will be retained to cover administration costs for no notification of a cancellation.
Drive into Lakes Entrance on the Princes Highway (Esplanade) until the footbridge. Turn left at the traffic lights (Myer Street) and then right at the roundabout.(Roadknight S.) Continue on this road past Aquadome and up the hill. You will see Lakes View Golf course on the left, Waverley House Cottages is next on the left.
