Bemm River Scenic Reserve protects a pocket of warm temperate rainforest, drier eucalypt forest and a range of plant communities in between.

The Rainforest Walk is a perfect opportunity to stretch your legs and explore the park.

Suspension bridges pass over the tranquil McKenzie River and bird calls resound through the canopy providing a pleasant rainforest experience.

Local directions

The Bemm River Scenic Reserve, divided by the Princes Highway, is 30 kilometres west of Cann River and 45km east of Orbost. Highway signposting gives directions to the Rainforest Walk. An all-weather gravel access road leads off the highway to the walk and parking area.
