Brim Brim Gardens Bed & Breakfast cottages provide the opportunity for the ultimate relaxing short break in the country, yet are only one hour from Melbourne.
Comfortable iron beds with luxurious bedding, a good book in a cosy chair by a wood fire, five acres of beautiful park-like English style gardens to stroll in, a spa bath to unwind in.
Each of the two luxury bed and breakfast cottages are an atmospheric conversion of the historic (1859) stone stable building and each is fully self-contained and separate from the main house.
The cottages have their own access via the gate on the Hastie Street drive (northern boundary - see the map on website), their own parking area and are very private.
Ten minutes from Ballarat centre, Buninyong retains it's small village atmosphere on the slopes of Mount Buninyong.

Cancellation and booking policy
Phone or online bookings welcome. Full payment required at time of booking (50% in the case of bookings more than one month in advance of stay). Cancellation up to 8 days before stay incur a 50% fee, cancellation 7 days or less before stay incur a 100% fee.
