Additional visitor facilities include free visitor parking, public internet access and a gift shop offering maps and a selection of quality, locally-crafted products.

For visitors arriving by train or bus, the Visitor Centre is only a short walk from Ballarat's central station, and visitor service volunteers meet the most popular trains, offering a friendly face and everything you need to allow you to commence your Ballarat experience from the moment you step off the train.
