Located in the heart of Ballarat's Heritage and Arts Precinct, Ballarat's Visitor Information Centre offers detailed information on the full range of Ballarat's attractions and accommodation options, along with information on surrounding regions and Melbourne.

Additional visitor facilities include free visitor parking, public internet access, free Wi-Fi and a gift shop offering maps and a selection of quality, locally-crafted products.

For visitors arriving by train or bus, the Visitor Centre is only a short walk from Ballarat's central station, and visitor service volunteers meet the most popular trains, offering a friendly face and everything you need to allow you to commence your Ballarat experience from the moment you step off the train.

Ballarat Visitor Information centre is a fully accessible centre with access via Bath Lane. An accessible visitor toilet is available on the exterior of the Town Hall in Bath Lane.
