The signature dining experience, an eight course chef's tasting menu with matched wines, is available Wednesday to Sunday evenings, as is a five course option. In addition to these, a two course and three course chefs tasting menus are also offered on Wednesday and Thursday nights. The Dining Room is open for breakfast daily and lunch Thursday to Sunday. The casual dining area, Parker Street Project is open for lunch and dinner 7 days.
Function and conference facilities cater for small to large groups from 30 to 100 delegates.
The Mount Sturgeon Station, located just five minutes from the hotel site offers alternative accommodation in fully restored 1840s bluestone cottages, or the Mount Sturgeon Homestead, a six bedroom colonial homestead.

The house has polished hardwood and flagstone flooring and sleeps up to 11 people in relaxed, semi-self-contained accommodation. There are four bedrooms. Two queen rooms, one queen and single and one queen and two singles.

Standard Garden Rooms are located directly opposite the hotel in a separate area from the main complex.
