Cancellation and booking policy
If your booking is cancelled outside 7 days of intended arrival a $20.00 cancellation fee will apply. If cancelled within 7 days of your intended arrival, a fee of one nights tariff will apply. There will be no refund after arrival if your visit is cut short for any reason.

Local directions
From Ararat - follow signs to Grampians National Park and Halls Gap along Route C222. Drive through Moyston and Pomonal, and we are located on the right hand side approximately 1km past the Halls Gap Zoo.
From Stawell - follow the signs from the Western Highway to Halls Gap, then turn left just past the 70 kilometre per hour sign towards Ararat. We are 1 kilometre along this road on the left.
From Melbourne - follow the Western Highway to Ararat, then follow Route C222 to Halls Gap.
