Cancellation and booking policy

A booking Fee of $250 for all multi-night reservations and $100 for single night reservations. The booking fee is subtracted from your final accommodation costs. Postponements and cancellations incur $50 cancellation fee. Cancellations less than 14 days prior to arrival result in return of booking fee only if the reservation dates are re-sold. No-show incurs liability for full cost of reservation.

Local directions

Once on the Halls Gap scenic route (C222). Drive towards Moyston for 15 kilometres and Pomonal for 20 kilometres. Pomonal is 12 kilometres from Halls Gap. Continuing on towards Halls Gap for exactly five kilometres from the Pomonal store, you will see the Boroka Downs sign directing you to the left up Birdswing Road. After 500 meters up Birdswing Road, turn left into the property and continue to follow the signs to reception at the end of the 800 metre driveway.
