Cancellation and booking policy
When booking we require a credit card or deposit equal to the first nights accommodation. Cancellations made within 7 days during peak periods and 3 day during off peak period will result in a forfeit of deposit. Cancellations made more than 7 days(Peak) or 3 days (off-Peak) prior to arrival will receive a full refund.

Local directions
King Street is located off Raglan Parade, when arriving from Melbourne turn right at the 1st set of traffic lights past Safeway. When coming from South Australia turn left at the 4th set of traffic lights. The Warrnambool Fire Station is located on the corner of King Street.
