Ocean Lodge Motel & Apartments are nestled quietly in large, beautifully landscaped gardens overlooking Loutitt Bay, on an elevated site 100 metres above the Great Ocean Road. All motel units and apartments have spectacular, uninterrupted views across the bay to the Otways and the Aireys Inlet lighthouse.

Enjoy the atmosphere of Lorne away from the crowds. The property is located at the quiet end of town, situated on just under an acre of land. Escape the hustle and bustle and relax in the garden, or on those cold winter days relax with a book around the wood fire in the guest lounge. Ocean Lodge Motel & Apartments has a full size tennis court, so bring your racquets, or borrow theirs!

The Lorne Pier is just a few minutes walk away, where you can purchase fresh seafood from the fish shop, dine at the Lorne Pier Seafood Restaurant or stroll along the pier and take in the view across to the Lorne township.

The town centre is an easy 10 to 15 minute walk from Ocean Lodge and are approximately one kilometre from the Post Office and main swimming beach.

Ocean Lodge is a family owned and run business since 1952.

Motel

All rooms have breathtaking views across Loutitt Bay towards Aireys Inlet. The recently refurbished rooms are light and spacious. Most open onto a private balcony where you can relax and enjoy the view. The well appointed rooms include a queen size bed (most with a single as well, one with two singles,) and ensuite as well as a kitchenette with microwave oven for simple meal preparation, ceiling fans and hair dryers. All rooms are non-smoking.12

Apartments

The modern, north-facing apartments are set in stunning landscaped gardens, with magnificent, uninterrupted views across Louttit Bay towards Eastern View and the Aireys Inlet lighthouse. Each two story apartment is designed with the queen size bedroom and bathroom upstairs, while downstairs the kitchen and sitting room lead onto the private balcony. The kitchens are well equipped with a microwave, twin hotplates and dishwasher. Apartment one has two bedrooms. Ideal for families with sleeping and living facilities for up to five people. Apartments two to six sleep up to three people. Each apartment has a carport with direct access to the upstairs area. All apartments have television's in both master bedroom and living area, a DVD player, reverse cycle airconditioning, ceiling fans and a hair dryer.6
