Deposits for cancelled bookings, excluding group bookings, made more than 14 days from the date of arrival will be fully refunded, less any applicable credit charges.Cancellations made less than 14 days prior to the expected date of arrival will only be refunded if the room nights are resold.Refunds will not be made on early departures unless the unused room nights are subsequently resold.Refunds will be by credit card or cheque. Local directions

45 minutes on the Great Ocean Road from Lorne towards Apollo Bay, or if coming via the new Geelong Ring Road via Winchelsea and Forrrest, turn left at Skeenes Creek on to the Great Ocean Road and travel for 7km, Whitecrest is well signed with flood lights at night and has Blue Yellow and White Flags at the entrance.
