Warrnambool Art Gallery has almost 2,000 artworks in its collection. Works range from European Salon Paintings of the 1800's, Colonial Artworks and Indigenous artefacts - to the Melbourne Modernists of the 1940's and contemporary art.

For the past 125 years Warrnambool Art Gallery has facilitated extraordinary experiences through its Collection and an inspiring program in and beyond the Gallery.

The Warrnambool Art Gallery offers a diverse collection of artworks, from elegant European salon paintings to the Avant-garde modernism of the Angry Penguins.

Artworks range from the romanticised colonial landscapes of Eugene Von Guerard and Louis Buvelot, to contemporary Australian printmaking by Juan Davila, Barbara Hanrahan and Ray Arnold.
