The Bells Bash Cliff Run is a fun run/ walk or from Jan Juc Surf Life Saving Club along the cliff tops to Bells Beach and back. The course takes runners along a picturesque undulating track between Jan Juc and the world famous Bells Beach. The course is challenging, but is regularly used by runners and walkers and overlooks much of the stunning coastline between the two points. Runners can expect to complete the eight kilometre course in between 30 and 45 minutes. Joggers can expect to complete the eight kilometre course in between 45 and 60 minutes. There are ten categories, spot prizes, trophies and lots, lots more.The Junior Juc Bash is a one and a half kilometre run which takes place along the beach and cliff tops of the Jan Juc Beach on the same day as the Bells Bash Cliff Run, making it a great day of running for the whole family. This event is designed to be an introduction to fun runs and is suitable for girls and boys aged from five to 12 years. The main aim of this event is to have fun and enjoy the participation. It is not a timed event and there will be random prizes presented at the conclusion of the race.
