Cancellation and booking policy
BOOKINGSTentative bookings will be held for five (5) working days. Confirmation of a booking will occur upon receiptof the completed and signed booking form and a deposit of $500.00 or purchase order number.CONFIRMATION OF FINAL NUMBERRoom hire of $300 will apply for conference groups of less than 25. Final attendance numbers and specialdietary requirements are required five (5) working days prior to the event and the account will reflect thisas the minimum numbers to be paid.No refunds are available should there be a reduction in final numbers.CANCELLATIONSIn the event of the function being cancelled the following terms apply,Within 90 days of arrival, $500.00 deposit.Between 60- 90 days, the cancellation fee will be 25% of the total established cost of the event.Between 31 - 60 days, the cancellation fee will be 50% of the total established cost of the event.Within 30 days prior to the event date the cancellation fee will be equivalent to 100% of the totalestimated value of the event.PAYMENTA 7 day account will be issued after the event.
