Two bedroom, fully self contained, all linen supplied, each unit has two separate bedrooms one bedroom has a queen bed, second bedroom has two single beds, with a separate bathroom, kitchen, dining, lounge very spacious and open plan living. Two units have three beds in the second bedroom (top and bottom bunk and single bed). One unit is wheel chair friendly.
Cancellation and booking policy
A deposit of 50 per cent of the total accommodation tariff is required within 14 days of booking to confirm your reservation. Where the deposit is unpaid after 14 days, Alinga Longa Holiday Units reserves the right to cancel you booking without further notice to you. The balance will be required upon arrival. All units are strictly non-smoking.Direct deposit is their preferred method of payment, please contact them for details. Visa and Mastercard credit / debit cards are accepted. Cheques are only accepted with prior approval of the management.Monies will be refunded (less 10 per cent of total tariff charged) where cancellation is notified in writing, 30 days or more prior to arrival date. If less than 30 days notice is given no monies will be refunded unless the property can be re-booked. They recommend that you take travel insurance to cover against cancellation penalties due to involuntary cancellation. If you shorten your stay the unused portion of your rental is not refundable.Subject to property availability, a booking may be deferred to an alternative date within the season of the original booking date. Tariff increases due to date changes will apply. Tariff decrease due to date changes will be subject to the Cancellation Clause. Please note that once the booking has been moved the booking forfeits any future cancellation options. Alinga Longa Holiday Units retains the right to negotiate the tariff or length of stay to obtain a booking on a cancelled booking as we deem necessary. The person making the reservation and paying the required tariff to Alinga Longa Holiday Units is deemed responsible for the care and security of the property during the period of their stay in the property.A valid Visa or Mastercard credit card number must be lodged with Alinga Longa Holiday Units prior to or on arrival. Any loss / damage to property and fittings, cleaning deemed excessive in accordance with their standard cleaning time frames and /or late checkout will result in the amount applicable being deducted from the credit card. A receipt will be forwarded to your postal address.There will be no tariff reductions for failure of appliances within the property that do not affect the safe and hygienic use of the property. Defective appliances will be repaired / replaced as soon as practicable.They have a limited number of dog friendly units available, please inform management when booking. Penalties will be charged where a dog has been kept in an unit without prior notice.
