Goldfield Holiday Units is conveniently located only five minutes stroll to shops and restaurants. Within Bright itself you can enjoy a bike ride along the rail trail, discover the many walks short or longer whatever takes your fancy or capabilities, swim in the Ovens River either at Goldfield Holiday Units direct access to the river or at the swimming hole at the bridge.
For the golfer Bright has an 18 hole course set amongst tree lined fairways and grassed greens, motorised golf carts are available for hire if required.
For the more adventurous you can go horse riding, four wheel driving, para gliding, or abseiling.
Visit the Ovens and King Valley wineries, you can also take in the Milawa area to taste the delectable olives, nuts, mustards and cheeses that are all on offer. You will also find berry farms, apple orchards to name a few.
Situated nearby to Mount Hotham, Dinner Plain, Falls Creek and Buffalo snowfields in the winter or great walks in the warmer months, enjoyment is yours for the asking. Hang gliding is also available. Cyclist enthusiasts enjoy the challenge of a bike ride through Harrietville onto Mount Hotham or up to Buffalo the many choices are yours to do.

Cancellation and booking policy
If 30 days notice is given your deposit will be refunded less a $40 booking fee. Less than 30 days and more than 10 days notice your deposit will be forfeited unless the room is re-booked or your deposit maybe held over for use at a suitable alternative time.Less than 10 days’ notice your deposit will be forfeited and the balance payable in full. If you fail to arrive you will be liable for the full amount of your reservation. No refunds will be given for any cancellation after check in.

Local directions
From the Hume Highway at Wangaratta, turn onto the Great Alpine Road and travel through Myrtleford to Bright. As you are approaching the town, we are just past the Sports Centre on the left hand side.
