Bright Highland Valley Cottages offer four spacious award winning two bedroom cottages set in park-like gardens. Fully self-contained with a king-size bed in one bedroom and two single beds in the other. Each cottage has two televisions with a DVD player, a sound system with iPod facility, free wireless internet, airconditioning, electric blankets, washing machine and dryer and a fully equipped kitchen.

There is a pool and children's playground, great for families visiting.

The Murray to mountains bicycle rail-trail runs past the back gate and it is an easy one kilometre ride or stroll into the centre of Bright with its wide range of restaurants, specialty shops and supermarkets.

Within a short distance of town there are golf courses, walking tracks some hard and some easy, wineries, nut farms, fishing in rivers or trout farms, paragliding, micro-light flights, kayaking, deer farms, four wheel drive tracks and historical goldfields, all set in some of the most beautiful scenery in Australia.

For skiers, the units are at the foot of Mount Hotham and Mount Buffalo are within an easy drive of Falls Creek.

If it all sounds too strenuous then you can simply pull up a lazy-boy in the garden and relax with a good book.

From Melbourne, Sydney or Adelaide take the Hume Freeway to the Great Alpine Road turnoff near Wangaratta. Follow the Great Alpine Road to Bright. We are located 500 metres passed the first 60 kilometres per hour sign as you enter Bright from the Wangaratta side. If coming over the Great Alpine Road from Bairnsdale/Gippsland/the coast we are one kilometre from the Bright town centre on the left.
