Overview
Historic Delatite Station located in the heart of the High Country is a unique holiday experience. Located only ten minutes from Mansfield, approximately 50 minutes to Mt Buller and 10 minutes to Lake Eildon, they are close to all the adventure activities this region has to offer. They can accommodate you in one of two private well equipped farm cottages.
Bob's cottage has been recently renovated and redecorated and offers a very high standard of accommodation. It has spectacular views up the Delatite river valley to the mountains and is surrounded by a large mature garden.
Inside the cottage there are high timber ceilings and polished timber floors with double glass doors opening out onto a large deck. The main bedroom has a queen size bed and full ensuite whilst the second bedroom has two single beds and an ensuite shower and basin.
There is a fully equipped laundry, which also has the toilet for the second bedroom. The kitchen is fully equipped and includes a dishwasher. There is a quality television, DVD surround sound system in the sitting room as well as a wood heater and split system reverse cycle air conditioner outside there is a large umbrella, table and chairs and a large barbecue.
Situated in a large mature garden with the Delatite River only a stones throw from the house, Chris' has an open fireplace in the kitchen, wood heater in the sitting room and one large old fashioned bathroom with claw foot bath and shower.
The cottage has three bedrooms accessed from the verandas, one double and two twins. Other features include reverse cycle split air conditioning, dishwasher, television, DVD/CD and video, gas barbecue and outdoor furniture.
Both cottages are provided with all linen, tea and coffee. A full breakfast hamper is available for $40.

Cancellation and booking policy
For all offline bookings 50% deposit required and is refundable up to four weeks prior to date of arrival. A 5% handling fee will apply on returned deposits. For cancellation within four weeks, deposit will be retained.Please note separate booking and refund conditions apply for online bookings.

Local directions
Take the Mt Buller Rd out of Mansfield and turn right onto the Jamieson, Woodspoint road. Travel 6 kilometres and turn left onto the Delatite Lane (gravel). Travel another 3.6 kilometres and enter through the white picket fence signed Delatite, this drive leads to the Homestead.
