Occupying 25 acres, Jamieson Valley Retreat is ideally placed right in the heart of a picturesque valley surrounded by Alpine Country scenery. Only 40 minutes drive from Mansfield, the secluded property serves as a perfect base for a peaceful country getaway.

Established landscape grounds, including four 150 year old English oak trees, provide a natural habitat for local birdlife such as colourful parrots, fairy wrens, magpies, kookaburras and ducks. Kangaroos, Samba deer, wallabies, rabbits and wombats are also abundant. Cattle from neighbouring paddocks often graze near the fence and say 'hello' to guests. The lake well stocked with trout and native fish, plus beautiful Jamieson River frontage caters for enthusiastic fishermen.

The four cottages are built around a hillside circular drive surrounding a 150 year old English oak tree. Each cottage provides guests with all the creature comforts of home (including all linens and towels) making it a cosy retreat from a stressful world. Panoramic views of the valley and mountains can be viewed from all cottages.
