Located only minutes from the Mount Buller entry gates and set in a private bush setting, Mannagum Alpine Lodge is a fully self-contained executive pole house featuring four bedrooms, two bathrooms.

Built over three levels and providing 40 squares of living area, MannaGum Alpine Lodge can comfortably sleep 12 adults with provision for four additional children by prior arrangement.

To ensure your comfort, all towels, linen and bedding including Australian wool doonas are provided and all bedrooms are heated.

The lodge is well suited to several families or groups holidaying together. Only two minutes from Mount Buller and Mount Stirling gates and 20 minutes to the ski lifts, MannaGum offers a cost effective alternative to staying on the mountain.

Relax in the large open plan living, kitchen and dining area in front of the crackling wood fire while the kids enjoy hanging out in the second living area upstairs. Have a barbecue on the deck and enjoy the private bush views and local birdlife while sipping a local Delatite red. This is a great place to escape to.

MannaGum Alpine Lodge has four bedrooms sleeping up to 12 people at one time. Another four single 'adventure beds' particularly suited to kids are available by arrangement. The master bedroom with ensuite can be separated from the rest of the house allowing privacy for several families staying together.

The modern kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, microwave, fridge, electric cooktop and oven and all the usual appliances. A drying room for ski equipment and full laundry are provided. For cyclists there is a secure bike storage room within the house, plus a wash down area and a small workshop for repairs or maintenance.

MannaGum Alpine Lodge

MannaGum Alpine Lodge is a very large pole house. Fully self-contained, it features four bedrooms with nine beds sleeping up to 12. Another four single loft beds suitable for children over seven years old are available by prior arrangement. Bedroom one has a queen bed that sleeps two people. Bedrooms two and three each have a double bed with single bunk over, each sleeping three. Bedroom four has four single bed bunks sleeping four people. The Lodge is privately located in the forest, surrounded by lovely gardens, has a fire-pit, BBQ, several decks and a chicken run with fresh eggs in the laying season. Perfect access for MTB Alpine Epic Trail, cycling and skiing at Mt Buller and Mt Stirling, alpine bushwalking and freshwater fishing.

Cancellation and booking policy

Deposit: To confirm the booking 50 per cent of tariff must be paid within five days of making the booking and at least 21 days before check-in date. Balance of Payment: Payable one week prior to check-in date. Full Payment: Required for bookings less than 21 days in advance of use. MannaGum Alpine Lodge cancellation policy: More than 21 day notice, half of deposit refunded. Less than 21 day notice, no refund. Bond deposit $800. An $800 bond is payable with the balance of payment and will be returned upon confirmation that MannaGum Alpine Lodge has been left in good order. Full bond will be forfeit if there is smoking in the house, if the house is not left in good order or if more guests or beds are used than listed in the booking confirmation notice. MannaGum is a non-smoking property.

From Mansfield take the Mt Buller Road and drive towards Mt Buller until you see the Sawmill Settlement sign. Enter via Warrambat road on the right, continue up Warrambat road then turn right into Overflow Drive. Man Court is the last turn on the right before the roundabout. MannaGum is on the corner.
