Daily and weekendsIndicative rate per night based on two people using the master bedroom. A two night minimum booking is required, three nights for long wekends. All other guests, adult or child using a bed, rollaway or portacot, whether at the property or brought by the guest are charged $15.00/night for the full duration of the confirmed booking. All other guests, adult or child,using a bed, rollaway or portacot, whether at the property or brought by the guest, are charged $15.00/night for the full duration of the confirmed booking.Any arrangements that would differ to the above needs to be confirmed with the property managers.Credit card facilities are only available through the external on line booking site. Otherwise payment is by cheque or direct deposit or money order. Balance is payable on, or prior to,arrival.Arrival from 3.00pm. Departure by 10.00am to assist in meeting management schedules.Payment of 50% deposit is required to secure a holiday booking.If the deposit is not received within 7 days of the tentative booking we reserve the right to take another deposit without further reference.Final payment of the full balance must be settled on arrival and is non refundable.For cancellations made before 48 days prior to the commencement of the booking the deposit will be fully refunded. Any cancellations must be notified in writing.For cancellations made less than 48 days before the commencement of the booking a refund of the deposit is subject to a confirmed re-booking of the premises for the reserved time.If a re booking is made then the deposit is refunded less a $50.00 administration fee.If a re booking does not occur, a refund will not be made.For cancellations less than 28 days before commencement of the booking no refund is given.Subject to availability, a booking can be deferred to a future date without penalty if notified within 28 days of confirmed arrival.Arrival and Departure:The premises are available from 3.00pm on the day of arrival and are to be vacated no later than 10.00am on the day of departure in order to assist in meeting management schedules. Your support is appreciated.Keys are available as per arrangement with your booking details. Lost keys will incur a $50.00 charge. House Décor:Any breakages or damage are the responsibility of the guest to replace or reimburse the cost of the item or meet the cost of the repair of the damage caused, prior to, or within 14 days of departure. This includes damage caused by scratching, denting, chipping and cracking.There is to be no removal or rearrangement of furniture, pictures and ornaments without the prior approval of the managers. In this regard all items are to be returned to their original position before departure. Prior to departure the house is to be left clean & tidy to avoid a cleaning surchageAnimals & Smoking:Pets are not accommodated on the premises. Smoking is not permitted inside the accommodation.
