From Sedona Estate's humble beginnings, Paul Evans and Sonja Herges are proud to create regionally distinctive wines of impeccable quality from their high altitude vineyard in the Yea Valley. Visit their beautifully crafted cellar door and enjoy a personal wine tasting experience with the winemaker.

Sedona Estate's vineyard with its unique terroir paired with Paul's exemplary winemaking skills deliver wines of distinction with true varietal flavours in fine sparkling wine, crisp whites and full bodied reds.

Sedona Estate is celebrating 10 years of fine winemaking this year. Its journey started with the flagship Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot, topped by Paul's iconic Cabernet and Merlot blend and elegant Riesling.

Not only have these four wines achieved outstanding industry accolades, this small but impressive wine range placed Sedona Estate in the top ten best new wineries in the James Halliday Australian Wine Companion 2007.

Surrounded by mesmerising views of Murrindindi's Thousand Hills, their hillside cellar door is the ideal setting to enjoy a relaxing afternoon with fine wines from their diverse portfolio, complemented by delicious gourmet local produce platters. In winter, the cosy fireplace invites wine enthusiasts to stay and enjoy their favourite Sedona wines by the fireplace.

'Nestled in a lovely amphitheatre of hills, this small Yea Valley winery is a true 'boutique' estate. Winemaker Paul Evans employs a very hands-on approach to capture the essence of this emerging wine region. It's cool climate viticulture, but plenty of sunshine at the right times provides the conditions for complex Shiraz and Cabernet. Other varieties perform well too, with Sangiovese something to look out for.' Ralph Kyte- Powell.
