Cancellation and booking policy
To confirm your booking you will need to complete a booking form, an indemnity form and submit 50 per cent booking deposit. Cancellations will be accepted and refund of deposit made as follows. If 30 days or more notice, 75 per cent of booking is refunded. If 21 to 29 days notice is given then 50 per cent is refunded and if 14 to 20 days notice is given the 25 per cent of booking is refunded. No refund is given if notice of 14 days or less.

Got a group of mates and want to play then bring your trail bike, four wheel drive, horse or walking stick and come stay at Homestation Lodge. Nestled in an isolated location high in the ranges overlooking the Delatite Valley, with spectacular views from the front verandah and access to a million acre back yard with fantastic tracks and trails. Bush Experiences provides comfortable home style multi-share accommodation to adventure groups, trail bike riders, four wheel drivers, horse riders, with sumptuous country cooked meals and bush cooking, campfires and a cosy fire on cooler nights. This is accompanied by panoramic views, fresh mountain air and the peace and quiet only the high country can give.
