This is a three day event and celebrates the very best of Italian food and wine. Exclusive cooking class in the morning led by Patrizia Simone of the famous Simone's Restaurant in Bright. Over lunch enjoy the chance to taste what you have seen being prepared.
The following day, enjoy an authentic five course Italian Lazy Lunch prepared by a professional chef, with each dish carefully complemented by premium imported Italian or locally produced wines.
The final day, join Hedonistic Hiking for a half day guided Walk on Mount Buffalo ending with a delicious alfresco picnic lunch and local wines.

Cancellation and booking policy
To secure a reservation a deposit of 10 per cent of the published trip price is required for each person booking. Balance is due 60 days before departure. When a booking is made within 60 days before departure, a reservation is secured upon receipt of the total holiday cost. For single accommodation a supplement will apply. Reservations made by private groups and agents are also subject to these booking conditions. Cancellation of booking will become effective upon receipt of written notification from you.
