Ciavarella Oxley Estate is a small family owned and operated winery located at Oxley in Victoria's King Valley wine region.

The vineyard was established by Cyril and Jan Ciavarella in 1978. Initially only grapes were sold; the step into winemaking occurred later, in 1992. Since then Ciavarella Oxley Estate Winery has achieved a reputation as a maker of fine, hand-crafted wines. Ciavarella Oxley Estate's winemaking philosophy is for the vineyard and grapes to express themselves in the bottle, through effort in viticulture, patience and attention to detail in the winemaking.

Tony Ciavarella, the second generation of wine makers at Oxley Estate, and his wife Merryn are carrying on in the winemaking tradition. From grape to bottles sold, the process of producing fine, hand crafted wines is truly a family production.

The cellar door is only one kilometre off the Snow Road, a scenic route to many attractions and gateway to the King Valley and Milawa Gourmet Region.

Wines include Pinot Grigio, Viognier, Chardonnay, Zinfandel, Cabernet Sauvignon, Shiraz, Durif, Dolcino (a sweet red), Late Harvest Semillon Aucerot, and a range of fortifieds.

The Ciavarellas are custodians of the variety aucerot. The planting, thought to be the only one in Australia, is prized for making fine dessert wines.
