Lygon Street and Brunswick Street, and only a few metres from Carlton Gardens, Royal Exhibition Building, IMAX Melbourne Museum and an array of shopping strips.Amid a tranquil garden setting, Quest Royal Gardens offers one, two and three bedroom serviced apartments, with fully equipped kitchens, laundry facilities, generous living and dining areas, allowing guests to relax in comfort and privacy.Please note that Quest Royal Gardens has stairs to and within the apartments. Contact the property to request a ground floor apartment if required. Note that all requests are not guaranteed, and are subject to availability, this includes balconies and courtyards.The property features an outdoor swimming pool, barbecue area and on-site car parking. Valet dry cleaning, grocery pickup, breakfast room service and hampers are also available, along with chargeback at selected local restaurants.

48 hour cancellation policy. Cancellations for all bookings must be made 48 hours prior to arrival date. Cancellation made within 48 hours of arrival will incur a charge of the first night accommodation. Payment and credit card guarantee. The entire accommodation charges must be paid upon arrival, unless prior arrangements are made for alternate payment method. They do not accept cheques unless prepaid 14 days prior to arrival. All incidentals can be settled upon checkout. The credit card provided at the time of booking will be used to guarantee the reservation.Please note, a merchant fee of one and a half per cent will apply for Visa and MasterCard. A three per cent fee will apply for Diners and American Express payments.Credit card pre-authorisation: All guests are required to provide a valid credit for pre-authorisation to cover any potential outstanding charges or damages incurred during their stay. Alternatively, $250 cash bond will be required and shall be returned to guest upon checkout subject to a room inspection. If either are not produced, guests will not be permitted to check in. Please note, this is not a formal charge on your credit card as the pre-authorisation amount will be released within five working days.
