Cancellation and booking policy
Standard cancellation notice of 48 hours minimum is required unless peak period where 21 days notice is required, this is in order to avoid a no show charge of one full night's tariff. Specified peak periods include, but are not limited, to all major events in Melbourne. Please note, payments by Visa card and Mastercard attract a 1.5 per cent surcharge on transactions, and Diners Club and American Express cards attract a 2.5 per cent surcharge on transactions.
