Robinsons in the City is ideally located on the city's fringe, close to the city centre, Etihad Stadium, Queen Victoria Market and the Yarra River, Southbank and Docklands restaurant precincts.
From Robinsons in the City, Melbourne's public transportation is on your doorstep. A two minute walk up the road will take you to the City Circle tram and suburban trams, as well as Southern Cross Station and Coach terminal.
It is also an easy drive to Robinsons in the City, only minutes from most freeways and tollways. When travelling form the airport it is only 20 minutes, whether by Skybus, taxi or your own vehicle.
The six individual guestrooms, with private or ensuite bathrooms, offer a sense of home and comfort. Cancellation and booking policy
If your booking coincides with peak event periods and is cancelled within 30 days of arrival date, 100 per cent of the total booking amount will be forfeited. To avoid this happening, it is recommended that you take out travel insurance. Cancelling a booking during non-peak times also incurs a cancellation fee. Local directions
From Tullamarine Airport: Take the Tullamarine Freeway and follow the signs to Melbourne/City. This road becomes the Western Link Tollway (Citylink Toll Road - fees apply), turn left at the Dynon Road Exit. At the lights at the bottom of the off ramp turn left. Dudley Street becomes Spencer Street. Go through three sets of traffic lights (the last is Dudley Street, 100m further on you will turn right into Batman Street. Located on the right on the corner of Spencer and Batman Streets.
