Ashley Gardens location offers easy access to the airport, major freeways, public transport into the City, shopping, entertainment, nightlife and if you are travelling on to Tasmania, the Tasmanian Ferry.
As a general rule, Melbourne enjoys moderate weather with warm to hot summers, mild and sometimes balmy spring and autumns, and quite cool winters. Melbourne has a reputation for rain, but the city actually receives less rainfall than either Brisbane or Sydney.

Family Cabin | The Family Cabin consists of a queen bed in the living area and two sets of bunk beds in the bedroom. The cabin has an ensuite bathroom, self contained kitchen and lounge room with a television. The Family Cabin sleeps up to six, best suited for two adults and four children.

Holiday Unit | Holiday Unit Two is a one bedroom cabin with a queen bed and private ensuite, self contained kitchen lounge and television.

Family Villa | The two bedroom family villa provides all the comforts of a home away from home. Main bedroom has a queen bed plus plasma TV, second bedroom has trio bed - double with a single overhead bunk. Private ensuite with shower and separate toilet. Fully self-contained kitchen, reverse cycle air conditioning, separate lounge/dining with plasma television (including Foxtel) and DVD player, full size dining table and chairs. Large balcony with outdoor setting. Note: one family villa has a bathroom with a spa. The Family Villa Five sleeps up to five people.

Cancellation and booking policy
• One night's accommodation will be charged if less than seven (7) days’ notice of cancellation is received.• 50% of one night's accommodation will be charged if less than fourteen days (14) notice is received• Full refund will be made if cancelled greater than fourteen (14) days from arrival.• If paid by credit card, the surcharge is refundable.• No refund for early departure.• Park Management reserves the right to relocate or cancel any booking at its discretion.• All cancellations must be in writing direct to the property.
