Deposits & Full Payments: A deposit of 50% of total booking is to be paid immediately by credit card to secure a booking.If payment by cheque, cash or money order is required please telephone to make the booking. Full payment is due 14 days prior to arrival date. Cancellation & Refunds: The deposit of 50% of total booking less $50.00 administration levy if cancellation occurs more then 14 days prior to arrival date. If less than 14 days to arrival date the Deposit and Full Payment is refunded less cancellation fee ($50.00) only if another guest rebooks the dates of your booking again. If the dates of the booking are not rebooked then the deposit is retained by Melbourne Boutique Cottages; however the 50% remaining of the full payment will be refunded.
