Cancellation and booking policy

You can book online using the 'book now' button on website. Alternatively, you can book directly by telephone or by email inquiry. We will check availability for you and complete your booking if you wish. Payment can be arranged via direct bank deposit or cheque. If paying by cheque, payment must be made in time for the cheque to be cleared before your stay. For online bookings full payment is made at time of booking. Cancellations made within 7 days of booking arrival date incur a 100% cancellation fee. Cancellations made with more than 7 days notice incur an administration charge of 30% of total booking fee. For bookings made directly, 50% deposit at time of booking with remainder to be paid 7 days prior to arrival. Cancellations made within 7 days of booking arrival date will incur a 100% cancellation fee. Cancellations made with more than 7 days notice will incur an administration charge of 20% of total booking fee. Customers are encouraged to purchase travel insurance to cover any unforeseen circumstances.

Local directions

Bellair Terrace is located on the airport side of the city and is easily accessed via the Tullamarine freeway and City Link (tollway). From the airport head towards the city. Exit City Link at Racecourse Road. Head West on Racecourse Road, turn left into Bellair Street after passing under the railway bridge in Flemington. See Google maps. Airport buses provide another option. The city shuttle bus drops passengers at Southern Cross Railway Station which is two stops from Kensington on the Broadmeadows/ Craigieburn line.
