Standard cancellation notice of 48 hours minimum is required, in order to avoid a no show charge of one full night's tariff. During specified peak periods, a minimum of 21 days notice is required, in order to avoid forfeit of the full deposit amount. Specified peak periods include (but are not limited to): Australian Tennis Open period, Formula 1 Grand Prix period, AFL Grand Final weekend, Spring Racing Carnival period.*Payments made with Visa card and Mastercard incur a 1.5% surcharge and payments made with American Express and Diners Club cards incur a 2.5% surcharge.
