Cancellation and booking policy
Standard cancellation notice of 48 hours minimum is required, in order to avoid a no show charge of one full night's tariff. During specified peak periods, a minimum of 21 days notice is required, in order to avoid forfeit of the full deposit amount.Specified peak periods include (but are not limited to): * Australian Tennis Open period * Formula 1 Grand Prix period * AFL Grand Final weekend * Spring Racing Carnival period. Please note that payments made with Visa card and Mastercard attract a 1.5% surcharge on transactions, and American Express and Diners Club Cards attract a 2.5% surcharge on transactions.
