Named after a sailor in Napoleon's army who split his water rations with a stolen coffee plant, this Seven Seeds' venture is a stylish space of recycled timber, canvas sails and graphics from Beci Orpin and Riley Payne. The kitchen is helmed by Stephen Carr and his pastries and toasties filled with fresh local treats are legend.
