Earl Canteen is the brainchild of two waiters weary of serving sub-par sandwiches. In favour of co-op produce and working directly with farmers, they created this sleek space serving 'restaurant-quality sandwiches', great coffee, and a variety of excellent edibles. Quick, fresh, tasty and all served in biodegradable, compostable packaging.
