On the first floor, a 50-seater Cantonese restaurant, on the top floor an Indochine-style cocktail bar and in the basement, a cool den for late night drinks and nibbles. Once a four-level clothing factory, Seamstress now serves modern Asian cuisine beneath a ceiling of flowing Chinese silk.
