Balloon flights are available for bookings 7 days of the week, all year round - weather permitting. Cancellation or changes to a booking must be made at least 3 full business days prior to booked date. If the weather is unsuitable for a flight you may rebook for another day or receive a full refund. No Shows will not be rebooked or refunded.
