Cancellation and booking policy
Booking policy: All tours must be pre-booked with a minimum of 72 hours in advance and a 50% deposit must be made at the time of booking. Balance to be paid 48 hours before the tour date. Payment by Electronic Bank transfer available on request. The cancellation policy is that any tours cancelled on the day incurs 100 per cent charge, which means no refund. If a tour is cancelled within 24 hours prior to tour date it can incur 50 per cent deposit charge. Tour cancelled within 48 hours prior to Tour date incurs a 20 per cent charge. Any cancellation incurs 10 per cent administration fee charge.
