Leadbeater Eco Tours created the Yarra Valley Day Tour allowing you to explore Story-book Villages, Wildlife Encounters and Guided Forest Walks.
This unique day tour has plenty of sightseeing opportunities in the breathtaking Yarra Valley. Nestled at the base of the Great Dividing Range, the Yarra Valley has some of Victoria's best vistas with lush vineyards and stunning skylines.
Travel deep into the Yarra Ranges National Park, traversing the famous Black Spur Road, legendary for its winding and picturesque path through Victoria's spectacular forests. It is also the gateway to Leadbeater country and the historic town of Marysville.
Nestled between mountains in a tranquil idyllic setting, Marysville has been a popular destination with nature lovers, honeymooners and explorers for over a hundred years. It is also home to Steavenson Falls (Victoria's third largest) and the launching pad into the Mountain Ash Toolangi Forest, home of the Wirrawilla cool temperate rainforest walk.
From here it is on to the world renowned Healesville Sanctuary, where you can get up close to Aussie wildlife in 30 hectares of natural bush setting and enjoy the 'Spirits of the Sky' flight presentation of Australian raptors.
Your tour includes lunch, tour guide and park entry fees.
