Cancellation and booking policy
They request that bookings are made with at least 24 hour notice. Bookings can sometimes be accepted at short notice. Cancellations must be made with at least 48 hours notice. If the tour is is to be affected by extreme weather conditions all participants will be contacted by phone regarding the tour.
