With the MCG set to host a number of major sporting events in 2015, the National Sports Museum provides the perfect place for kids to kick off 2015!

At the AFL Victoria pre-season clinic (12-16 Jan, 11am-2pm daily) kids will be able to imagine what it's like to be an AFL footballer during the off-season. There will be a number of different activities focused on what footballers need to do to prepare their bodies for the upcoming season, plus there'll be prizes up for grabs.

With the Learn to Bowl program (19-23 Jan, 11am-3pm daily), Bowls Australia experts will be teaching the tricks of the trade to kids keen to learn the basic skills of lawn bowls.

At the Bank of Melbourne Trivia Trail (19-23 Jan, 10am-4pm daily), kids can test their attention to detail in the Museum and go in the draw to win a prize.

With Cricket Fever (19-23 Jan, 11am-1pm daily), kids can put their cricket skills to the test when they meet and challenge an elite cricketer in the interactive Game On area. Tune in to the new family cricket audio tour and win a prize.

Please note: times will change each day depending on which activities are scheduled. Check Museum website for details.
