Inspired by the tropical, turquoise coasts of Mexico, enjoy an afternoon sampling the rich variety of ingredients and flavours that highlight the food and culture of the Central American region.
From the Pacific Ocean to the Gulf of Mexico and Caribbean Sea, the waters surrounding Mexico play a key role in the country's cuisine. The afternoon celebrates the piscatorial fruits of the ocean meeting the tropical fruits of the land in a fusion of indigenous and Spanish colonial flavours. The 4-course menu features seafood from the coastal regions accented by the quintessential tastes of Mexico including lime, chipotle, tropical salsas and hand-pressed tortillas, all matched traditional cocktails.
