Hosted by Hilton's Executive Chef, Glenn Wright, guests will indulge in an intimate banquet of fresh seafood under the stars.
Using vegetables and herbs from the kitchen's rooftop garden and locally sourced seafood, dinner will be cooked on the open fire and paired with Victoria's finest wines and beers.
