The Robert Burns Hotel is home to some of Melbourne's most traditional and exciting Spanish cooking, with a wealth of authentic talent in the kitchen. For this event, chef Miguel Maestre will be serving up a journey of sustainable dishes, cooked in a traditional Spanish style by Robert Burns chefs.
Miguel will present a live cooking demonstration in the courtyard, giving diners the chance to learn and participate. The Fiesta will be matched to the fantastic cavas and Spanish wines of Freixenet and Segura Viudas.
