At last year’s Guest Chef Series, Ari had the whole of Melbourne talking about his menu, which was rooted in soul food from the Deep South. Over two nights, Ari pairs his iconic South Carolina home cookin’ and famous fried chicken with champagne on 5 April, and craft beer on 6 April.
