Guests will have the the opportunity to watch Akachochin Head Chef Uein Hayashi Lee demonstrate a selection of three different styles of sushi rolls, after which you will be invited to re-create these dishes under the careful direction of Chef Uein.

Chef Uein will also demonstrate how to prepare the fish, what cuts to look for and the best local places to source your fish and ingredients giving you the knowledge and skills to confidently prepare sushi at home.

Intimate class of 10, recipe book to take home and a complimentary glass of wine or Sake.
